What to Expect on the Initial Visit
All our services are set in TELEHEALTH - an assigned physical therapist will evaluate your needs and assess your elegibility for Telehealth services.
The assigned Physical Therapist will be conducting an initial Visit to assess your rehabilitation needs, as well as conduct the succeeding sessions.
During the initial visit and session, the Physical Therapist will:
The family is encouraged to inform the therapist for any feedback after the therapy session, so that the therapist can adjust to the needs and the requests of the patient and family.

During the initial visit and session, the Physical Therapist will:
- Asses the Medical History of the Patient - Medical Records, Doctors Orders, and other similar records of the patient shall be requested for evaluation. The patient's family is encouraged to provide pertinent information to the therapist during this evaluation process.
- Discuss with the patient and the family the patient's Present Condition.
- Relay the Goals for the Rehabilitation Program.
- Conduct the Physical Therapy Session.
